What Chad finds between Rick's ass was Alan's smooth and featureless face was found between Rick's cheeks. In Alan's point of view when he lost his sight for a few moments before his vision returned and sees a purple morphsuit clad Chad in view and he wanted to scream in terror and/or call for help, but can't and only scream mentally.
