You thank the old woman and make your way inside. There is a staircase to the second floor on your right, and you climb up carefully. The top opens up into a hallway that seems to stretch forever, with large floor-length mirrors lining both walls. Curious, you look at the very first one and see yourself. Nothing unusual, nothing different. Frowning, you figure the old woman was pulling your leg. You turn to look at the one behind you and see... someone else! Gasping, you jump back a step. The guy looking back at you is obviously Asian, probably Chinese. The same age and general build as you. and wearing he same clothes. A glance down confirms that you haven't changed a bit. Then you remember what the woman said and touch the mirror. You feel a strange rippling in your gut, and see that your hand is now a dark tan - a perfect match to the reflection which you have obviously changed to match. Except, when you look back at the first mirror, you see your normal self!
You confirm that your arms and hands, and everything else you can see of your body with your eyes is Asian. Then you touch the first mirror and feel odd again. You are back to normal! This first mirror must be some kind of reset.
Excited, you move down to the next set of mirrors and touch the one where you see yourself as...
