Jen was honest. She had no idea what animal would her victim be.
"Maybe you need a victim first" Circe explained. "That is normal by the way, sometimes just looking at someone makes us realize what they look like. I don't have anyone coming here, do you want to try it on Portia or Gina?"
Gina swallowed dry. She did not want to be transformed into an animal at all. Jen saw this very explicit in her face.
"We could do it on James" she proposed.
"No, let him be for a while. He's cleaning the garden, darling. All this thinking made me hungry. I'll call Portia to make us something..."
"Or..." Jen discontinued with a bright new idea. "We could call for a pizza!" Circe smiled and snapped her fingers.
"I knew you'd come up with something" Circe said.
Just like Gina, Jen too got all dressed up. Nothing as sexual as her friend, she was receiving a pizza boy, he was probably a college boy or a horny high schooler there wasn't much to impress him.
Meanwhile Circe thougth her a basci spell and the secret of the magic: confidence and never think twice. Jen put on a tigth tube dress and peacock feather earings, it was enough she thougth. Soon the bell rang, Circe and Gina fled the scene and Jen was left alone to do her work. She answered the door and just like she expected there was a young man who was her age, he had scruffy curly hair, piercing beautiful green eyes and a teen van dyke beard. It should be the other way around but it was Jen who got infatuated.
"Hello" she giggled.
The young man wasn't blind, he clearly noticed Jen's perky breasts but looked another directon for respesct.
"Familiar pizza with pepperoni, extra cheese, olive oil and purple onions?" he asked, routinely checking.
"Yes!" she said and stood there. The pizza boy streched his arms delivering the pizza after some strange seconds.
"Oh right, humm...could you come in? I have the money in the kitchen's counter."
The boy hesitated, may it wasn't the pizzaria's police to allow them to get inside the clients house, but he ultimately agreed. She took the pizza and walked towards the kitchen, shaking her bum, making sur ehis green eyes were aiming at the prize. On the table there was some cash, Jen started counting it and asked how much was it.
"12.99" he answered stroking his beard. Jen had a 20 dollars bill in her hand but hid it and gave him a fake smile.
"Sorry! I don't have it here, let me just go inside my room and fetch it for you, please" she said. The boy shook his head. Jen turned around and saw the lemonade jar that Circe ha dprepared on top of the table she put some in a cup and handed it to the boy.
"Here, have some of this. Sorry for making you wait."
The boy took the lemonade and had a sip of it. Jen went inside to the corridor where Circe and Gina were waiting, listening to the action.
"You sound nervous, like a high schoolgirl. Trust yourself!" she advised. Jen said she was indeed nervous, Circe handed her the wand .Jen went back in the kitchen waving the 20 dollar bills, and ready for action.
"I hope you have some change" she said to the pizza boy. He had already drank half of the lemonade, he was ready. He received the bill and put down the cup, his hands search for money and loose change on his pockets. Jen just needed a punch line like Gina to make it perfect.
"Oh, I bet your counting that money like...a praying owl! Wait, that's not an animal...a shark, or a kangaroo, or a ..."
"What the heck are you babbling ?" the boy asked kind of creeped out. Jen panicked, chanted the spell and hit the tip of the wand in the boy's head but nothing happened. She couldn't do it...the man Gina had transformed was a slob and deserved to be turned into a pig, James was also just a servant that Circe transformed in whatever she wished, but the pizza boy had made no harm to her, and he was kind of cute though.
"Now what keep the money, I'm going away from here" the pizza boy said tossing the bill and exiting the kitchen.
"No!" Jen exclaimed. Circe and Gina entered the kitchen, the sorcerer was not pleased.
"I told you not to hesitate, to trust yourself" she yelled. Jen backed down feeling miserable and mumbled a whiny "sorry". They heard a thump and got out to the corridor, the pizza boy had fallen to the floor. Portia, Circe's servant rushed to his aid.
"What happened" Gina asked.
"The transformation must occur as soon as the person drinks the potion" Circe explained. The three walked to them, the pizza boy was laying down in a fetal position, with his arms pressing agaisnt his belly in agony.
Circe looked at Jen and took the wand from her hand, "I'll have to punish you for this!"
She pointed the wand in the boy's direction and conjured the spell.
The pizza boy then...
