Ty let out a cry, and wished himself out of the line of fire, when he suddenly was as the car crashed into the empty hole.
"All this because I wouldn't unzap your owners? Geeze! A mutt like you? Could have gotten a new owner easy peasy!" Ty said, struggling to keep from outright panicking, but Buster ignored him.
"You now, you're not the first of your sort, and you won't be the last."
The intelligent thing to do would be to run, and Ty instincts were screaming at him to run, and a large part of Ty wanted to run. But Ty wouldn't let himself run away from a dog after he'd already conquered his worthless bullies of a family.
He wished himself back to full health, then wished himself a perfect mid-20s muscular body. Two of the benches slammed into Ty like he was a sandwich. Those patrons outside and inside were thinking 'freak win' and 'earthquake.'
"There's usually only one per timeline. Some have limits on what they can do, other don't. Strange how the latter tend to get bored faster huh?"
Ty willed himself back to full health again after he'd felt his body be squashed flat in what should have again simply killed him. He wish the air around Buster, and the air in Buster's lungs, to turn to stone. Buster fell to the ground in a square blocks. Then it shatter, and Buster spewed out pieces of gravel at Ty that pierced his skin.
"And just like you, in it for the fun. Not power, not revenge, not money."
Ty continued wishing himself to health. He wished himself super strength, super speed, and flight and super endurance, and zoomed at Buster and tried to simply bunch out the mutt, but the dog simply dodged him. Then slammed into the ground flap jack style with a slap of laid concrete.
"Most get bored, and just stop using their powers. Less than 1% ever get to the Ending where they've transformed the whole world. Others actually go back along the timeline and explore time along a different path, abandoning that reality they've made."
Ty made the clown girl able to move, and made her try to strangle Buster from behind, instead he lifted her and deposited her on the roof of the burger joint. Then sent Ty so high up in a flash that he could see his house from up there, then smashed into the ground again causing a tremor.
"There are those of course, who see what they're doing as a service, making others happier by transforming them, saying it ruins their fun if they ask or their victim knows what's going on. And then those who really want to be treated as kings and rule the world... they get bored the fastest."
Ty then got the simple idea. He transformed Buster's family, turning them into 11 foot tall stone animated anthros, a lioness, a tigress, a she-wolf, a jackal, a panther, and a coyote, and filled them with the desire to attack their own pet.
