Kyle crept downstairs to the basement, trying to remain unnoticed by Martha or his sister Beryl. His Mother was out taking his other siblings to school- twins Alice and Joe, who were only 5, and his baby sister Isobel, who was still a baby.
Kyle stealthily arrived at the laundry basket and carefully looked through. If only his dad were still here he could just borrow some of his clothes, but alas. Yesterday was laundry day, so there were only a few bottoms left: a pair of his mum's business trousers, a pair of 5 year old's jeans; a slinky strapless silver sequinned dress- his sister Beryl had been wearing it on her date last night along with a clever strapless bra, which was also in the basket; a baby grow decorated with cute lambs; and one of Martha's Maid dresses. Kyle remembered what Jennifer said about his body changing to suit his clothes, and getting a copy of someone else's parts if the clothes had been worn lately. He also remembered that his girlfriend Hannah had accidentally left a shopping bag with a new outfit yesterday, which his Mum had left next to the washing machine. He didn't know what could be in there...
Just then, Kyle heard Martha heading towards the basement door! He now had a few options but little time to choose: His mum was rather slim and looked young for her age, but he thought it would be a bit weird to take her clothes . His sister would be the best fit, but the dress would probably change his shoulders, torso and stomach too, even if the lack of bra meant he wouldn't get much in the name of breasts (unless he put that on too). Plus who knows what she got up to in that dress last night! He could hope that those little jeans belonged to Joe rather than Alice for the best chance of keeping his masculinity, not that boy's and girl's lower bodies were much different at that age. He could just take advantage of the situation and wear Isobel's babygrow, but that would be even weirder! He could take the maids dress, he thought, at least Martha wasn't related to him, he thought, but again this would change his torso too, and this one had a bra built in as well, so he would grow breasts( and Martha's perky D cups were not to be taken lightly). Or perhaps pot luck with the bag would work- because it was new, nobody had worn it, so at least he wouldn't be walking around all day with someone else's legs, just his reshaped to fit whatever was in there. Martha walked down the basement stairs, but Kyle had made his choice...
