"There's no point in hanging around here. We... we have to go. Maybe tell someone what happened." Tony said. But who would believe them? Who would believe these two used to be average teenage girls, not a pre-pubescent girl and an over muscled beef cake.
"What will our parents say? Oh god, they won't even recognize us! We'll be left on the street..."
"Katie, Katie relax. Everything will be alright. But we can't stay in this basement forever." Tony said. Katie tried to get up, but she was just too weak to walk. So Tony bends down and takes her in his arms. She hardly weighs a thing to him. Like he's carrying a stuffed animal, or something of equal or less weight.
"Thanks," Katie said, a little embarrassed.
"No problem. I feel kind of responsible anyway. I'm the one who poured the vial down your throat." Tony sighed.
"You only did it because you were worried. You're a good friend Tiff... Tony." Katie giggled using her friend's new name. Tony smiled and pushed the basement door open. They went the same way they came. It was strange, leaving the house in these new bodies.
Tony hesitate to climb out the window. He looked down at his naked body. His meat hung between his legs obscenely, covered in hair. Katie is completely naked, but at least has the body of a child so there's not much to look at. But if anyone catches him, they'd most likely scream. He looks like one of those "bear" men, he'd seen on porn sights.
"Wait here." Tony said, setting Katie down on the ground. He was careful not to put her down on any of the broken glass, or stray nails.
"Where are you going?"
"Find something to cover myself." Tony said before rushing off. He went into the next room, and looked around. A sheet covering the ancient furniture was all he could find that was big enough to cover his girth. He wrapped it around his waist before running back to Katie.
"Alright, I think you should be able to fit through the window. I guess I'll have to go out the front door." Tony sighed, realizing he was too big to squeeze through the window. Katie nodded, and, with much difficulty, she climbed out the window they came in.
Tony waits until she's outside to kick down the front door. Sunlight pours into the room, and blinds him. He can hear Katie calling him, and he continues forward.
"Katie?" he called out, shielding his eyes.
"Over here!" she shouted back. Tony blinks a few times, his eyes adjusting to the light. He finds Katie supporting herself on the side of the building. He scoops her up again. Suddenly a car horn honks, and Tony nearly drops Katie in his surprise. There, on the street, is his mom in her minivan. They both stand and stare, unsure how to explain themselves.
"Um..." is all Tony can manage to say.
"I've been looking all over for you two. Don't just stand there, get in the car! You'll miss breakfast otherwise" Tony's mom shouts. He and Katie don't move though.
"How does she recognize me? How can she act so normal? What the hell is going on?" he thought frantically. When he looks down at Katie, she merely shrugs. So Tony walks forward, and gets into the car. He has to bend over to fit, and he sets Katie down on the seat beside him.
"There's a change of clothes in the bag, I figured you'd forget to bring some. Don't worry Katie, I already called your mom. She said you could spend the night." Tony's mom said as she drove them back to the house.
"Uh... okay. Thanks?" Tony said, reaching for the bag. He opened it, and found a pair of pants and underwear that must be for him. They were massive, bigger than his body. It took some doing to get them on in the car, but he does. The fabric is actually stretched pretty thin on his body, even though they must be XXL sized. At the bottom of the bag is some kid's clothing that must be for Katie. She changes as well, into a tshirt and bright pink shorts.
"Uh mom?" Tony asked once he was finished dressing.
"Yes dear?"
"You're, uh, not mad are you?"
"Why would I be? Because you forgot to call? Please. You're almost eighteen, you can take care of yourself."
"I... what? I'm sixteen."
"No you're not. Are you feeling alright? You didn't hit your head did you?"
"What, no! Mom don't you think something about this is weird? And where did you get these clothes?"
"From your bedroom where else? And for the last time, I don't care if you and Katie spend your nights in that basement. Your father and I used to do it all the time."
"You what?"
"Oh Tony let's not do this now. We're home." Tony's mom said. Tony looked up and saw they were indeed at his house. Katie had remained silent the entire car ride over. She seemed a bit too stunned to speak. Tony helped her out of the car, and into the house. Tony noted the changes to his house. The ceilings were higher, and the family pictures weren't the ones he knew. A boy had taken his place in them.
"Who is this?" he asked.
"You. Are you sure you're alright dear? I can take you to see a doctor, does your head hurt anywhere?"
"No, my head is fine." Tony said quickly. His mom gave him a peculiar look, but walked away. Tony and Katie quickly ran upstairs to Tony's bedroom. Both gasped once they were inside. It wasn't the bedroom they had come to know over the years. It belonged to a teenage boy. Clothes thrown here and there, a bad odor traveling around the air, and sporting equipment stuffed into a large duffel bag. And on a desk, several large black boxes.
"What's in them?" Katie asked, too small to open them herself. Tony slowly walked up to the desk, and took one of the boxes in his hands. Katie shut the door, and sat on Tony's bed as he opened the box.
Inside...
