Josh casually walks in and says, "Hey there you are boy..." as he squats down next to you and lovingly pets you, which feels great against your fur and you let your tongue hang out of your muzzle in response to the excitement that the scritching provides you. "Let's go for a walk", Josh continues as he clicks a leash to your collar. He gives it a slight tug and as he walks, you follow him. After a few minutes of your first time taking a walk on four paws, Josh stops near a tree and says "If you need to go, you can do it here." You get the hint and almost as an instinctive response you lift your hind leg near the tree and let it run, which feels kind of awkward seeing as you've never urinated like this before. As you finish up, the two of you start walking homewards again, and once at home Josh brings you to your basket and unclicks the leash.
As strange as all these new feelings are to you, at the same time they seem perfectly natural. Not that you worry about it, as you lie in your basket wagging your tail.
