A flash of copper color caught Julie's eye, behind a rock. She looked behind it; and there was Derrick, wearing her copper tail. "What are you doing here with my other tail!?"
"I snuck out here during lunch with your spare tail. Your friend Miley saw it and thought I was you. We got to talking and she admitted she was a real mermaid. I asked her to do the same for me, but she wasn't powerful enough to transform two humans, so she told me she'd go and get her little sister Kimmy, and she'd transform me, too!"
Before Julie could respond, Miley called out to her. "Julie, hey there! It looks like we're all here! Julie, Derrick; this is Kimmy. Kimmy, this is Julie and Derrick. Derrick's the one I told you about."
"Hi there!" Kimmy said in a bubbly, but slightly shy voice. She had strawberry red hair and pulled out a shimmering cyan tail, as she climbed onto shore alongside Derrick. Kimmy was quite the cutie, especially in her seashell bra, with smaller shells than her sister, but they still covered her budding breasts well.
"Hi Kimmy!" Julie answered back.
"H-Hi there Kimmy." Derrick stammered.
"So, what did your sister tell you about me?" Derrick asked.
"That you were very surprised to see your sister as a mermaid, and that you were interested in being one, too. She also said she believes you'd make a cute mermaid."
"Really?" Derrick asked.
"I think so, too." Now Derrick was blushing. "My sister taught me the song to transform humans into mermaids. Are you ready?"
"Of course! What are we waiting for?"
"My own opinion; if you don't mind!" Julie blurted out.
"Come on, Julie; you have all the fun! Besides, it's not like you won't be able to keep an eye on me, yourself." Derrick said, tugging on Julie's tail.
Julie let out a heavy sigh. "Fine; go ahead."
"YES!" Derrick shouted as Julie sat down and started putting her tail on.
