Karen was the average woman. She worked in a high school teaching English. Her body was okay for her age of 35 though it could always be better. She was single and lived alone in a large house that her parents gifted to her when they died a few years ago.
She walked into the store, she had heard about it from her aunt who had bee able to retain a youthful image through the use of certain machines.
She entered the store and was met by a bored looking store clerk.
He put on a fake face and greeted her. "Hello, welcome to the magic shop." He said as he shook her hand.
"Hello," Karen replied as she retook her hand.
"How can I help you today?"
"I was hoping you had something that could control bodies?"
"Your own as well?" He asked.
"Yes please," she answered.
"Alright," he said as he looked on a computer screen. "One moment," he said as he went behind the counter.
After a minute or two he returned with two satin boxes. One red and on black.
"Right, here we have two rings." He said as he opened the two boxes to reveal two rings, one gold and one silver.
"This silver one, is the cheaper of the two because it can be a bit unpredictable. Not only can it change people bodies. But this ring grants wishes." He said as h pushed the ring in the red box forward. "However it will change your body in accord to your emotions. Sort of like a mood ring."
Karen slipped the two rings on and looked at the two of them on her ring finger. "Why is the gold one more expensive?" She asked.
"Well that one just allows you complete control."
