Almost immediately Clara and Jeff have sex and as sometimes happens he got pregnant on his first sex act with Clara.
Of course neither knew he was pregnant. Several months down the road as he started to put on weight, had morning sickness, and his nipples became sensitive Clara had him take a pregnancy test and it showed positive.
His Dr. tested him and all men now knowing that they could become pregnant this was not a shock to the Dr. As a matter of fact he was pregnant with his husbands children. It was twins so even though he had become pregnant after Jeff he was quite a bit bigger than Jeff.
No one had experienced a male pregnancy to date so he was taking his experience from women and translating it to men.
As his baby developed he would go in for regular checkups and watch the Dr. growing too. The Dr. was shorter than Jeff and carrying twins was showing greatly. But Jeff was coming close to his 9 months and his breasts were leaking and Dr. said that was normal. He took off his shirt and showed his hairy chest matted with dried milk.
A few weeks later he went into labor. This was the first child born to a man and his Dr. watched eagerly to find out what to expect when he gave birth in a month.
Jeff was up on the table with his legs in stirrups and the Dr. almost fainted as he saw Jeff's ass widen. Knowing he would be going through this.
As he recovered from his ordeal he went home to Clara and started to get use to the idea that he had a child.
Clara came to him one evening and started to become amorous.
Jeff tried to put on protection but Clara pushed his weakened body down and said to him "barefoot and pregnant."
Clara made sure that he had a child every year for the rest of his life. This did a job on his body.
