The bus to the Forest was noticeably crowded, but Trevor managed to find an empty seat next to a young woman. He liked the idea of transforming into a forest animal. Perhaps they weren't as exotic as some of the other animals, but to him, they felt more familiar and close to home. Trevor remembered going hunting with some friends a few times, in a nearby patch of woods. He'd never given much thought to what it might be like to the hunted.
As the bus started moving, he settled back into his seat. An electronic sign at the front of the bus showed that it would be a twenty-minute drive to their destination. The people around Trevor were full of chatter - about what animals they would become, what it would be like to be an animal, what animals they might have previously turned into. It all seemed strange to Trevor; how was something like this even possible? What amount of research, and money, must have gone into this?
Seeing an audiotrack on the seat in front of him, he plugged in some headphones and started to listen to the history of the park. It would be a good way to pass the time.
