William, the 18-year-old son of a rich adulterer and a half-Japanese divorce lawyer, had gotten into a prestigious Ivy League school, Hedera University, on a baseball scholarship before his father had called him in to do this bizarre quest. William was 6'3", athletic, and handsome. He was also a chronic ladykiller heartbreaker who had dated and dumped maybe thirty girls since losing his virginity five years ago at thirteen. William was also a conniving manipulative bully who sometimes used his large physique to his advantage, but he preferred to just play people like pawns. He concealed his disdain for most people under a thick layer of charm. He had been class president and captain of his high school baseball team and debate team.
William also had secrets, vulnerabilities he didn't want anyone to know about. He kept many things under wraps, hidden from the world, for fear of his reputation... including not only his fear of rejection and weakness, but also his love of chess and his bisexuality. The last thing he wanted was to be perceived as a nerd who was into dudes, even if that was true.
...Now he was not only a girl–– "Willow" ––but a diminutive pipsqueak with big eyes, pouty lips and a ponytail. Her figure and face did not scream "hot," but "adorable." Somehow this bothered Willow more he thought it should have. Why did her breasts have to be so small? At least she had a nice butt. She decided that, unless she wanted to be staring upwards at people the rest of her life, she'd need to "find the magic" her father spoke of.
William/Willow was whisked out the door into the hallway after her transformation, soon to be headed out the door, but her father's personal assistant first brought her an appropriate change of clothes and a manilla envelope and directed her to the bathroom. She opened the envelope first, and found it contained forged documentation for her new identity–– including a birth certificate, passport, and letter of admission from Hedera University addressed to Willow. There was also a $50,000 check addressed to her. What a relief! Willow felt as though a great burden had been lifted off her little shoulders, and breathed a sigh of relief as she put her hand up to her heart. She jumped when her hand unexpectedly grazed her breast, having briefly forgotten she had them and still unused to her new form.
She inspected herself in the mirror. The custom-fitted men's suit now draped over her shoulders, her hands disappearing into the sleeves, the bottom pantlegs scrunched in a pile over the loafers. The tie, with much slack now in the neck, almost reached her legs. She couldn't see much of her new body, and decided to take off her clothes to inspect herself. Small breasts, cute butt, wide hips and a tight tummy and slim waist.
After sliding on her underwear, Willow struggled with the clasp on her bra for a few seconds, until thinking it over, drawing on the similar experience of taking it off from the opposite side, and adjusting for the different angle. Click. Great. There was a dress in here and a set of street clothes. She put on the black halter top (not knowing that's what it was called). The jeans were tight and form-fitting. She scoffed in disgust at the shallow, useless decorative pockets. A pair of women's sneakers, US size 3. Now she was dressed. She looked good. Her thoughts turned again to her situation, and her gaze drifted to the mirror once more.
She looked strong for such a petite girl. With her tiny, slight frame, Willow's quarter-Japanese ethnicity seemed more apparent than had William's. She stewed. Why couldn't she have at least been a bombshell? Then she could have manipulated boys! Another disadvantage for Willow. No more intimidating people by towering over them. No more male privilege. No more confidence-instilling smile. What was she going to do? This was so frustrating. She HAD to "find the magic" and become William again.
William/Willow had a few ideas: she could either leave to travel the world now to try to find the secret, or she could take courses that took advantage of Hedera University's world-leading archaeology, history, and anthropology departments. Maybe what she learned from the professors and in the campus library could help her reclaim her masculinity and her inheritance.
