Keith certainly seems dead set on going to this college thing, but you start to wonder what kind of reaction he's going to get from everybody there. Sure, he may think being a talking dog is normal, but if you're anything to judge by he's going to get a lot of strange looks from the college staff. Still, even as a dog, Keith is your friend, and if he thinks this is a good idea, even in his altered state, you want to do what's best for him. And after all, going to the open house was your idea in the first place; he'd be understandably annoyed with you if you tried to put a stop to it now. So you drive him to the college, all the while worrying about what's going to happen...
But when you get to the school, you realize that on THAT account at least your fears were unfounded, because Keith isn't the only dog around -- heck, there's tons of them, walking around campus and talking to each-other like the humans they absolutely aren't. You're starting to feel a little out of place, and more than a little freaked out, but at least Keith seems happy. One of the dogs walks up to you; you realize he has a little identification badge on his collar which lets you know he's one of the workers here.
"We don't get a lot of humans here, you know?" he says, eying you suspiciously -- then he sees Keith, and holds out a paw. "Shake," he says, and they do just that. "Good job! I can see you're a natural. I think that you'll find you fit right in here at Ardale Community Obedience College. Let me show you around."
This is too weird. How powerful was that key? And how much of the world has been changed by your misuse of it? You tell Keith you'll meet him in a few hours, and resolve to try and fix this once and for all. You pick up the key, press a button, and...
Nothing happens. The bizarre doggy school is still there, and Keith's happily talking to a Shi Tzu like it's perfectly normal. Although... your arms do feel a bit itchy, and your head hurts like crazy; you don't even want to think about what that keychain might be doing to YOU, though, and after all your nose always has been a little dark.
Maybe you just need to sit down, think over what's happened here, and try to find out what's going on. Maybe one of those pretty corgis manning the information booth can help?
