"Really? You don't want to be any younger than that?" Katie asked her mother sounding surprised at this request.
"Yes, I think it's a nice round number for us both to be at." Kellie replied.
"Wait a minute, I just did the math in my head. You WERE thirty-six when you gave birth to me." Katie realized.
"Okay, yes, it's just that ever since I took up a full time job, I've never really had any time to spend with you. I'm always worried and overworked just trying to raise you, So I thought it might be nice if just for a little while, you and I were the same age and could work with each other as two attorney's at the courthouse." Kellie explained to her daughter.
Katie thought about it for a minute, a little disappointed that she would have to be so old, but then she would also be making her mom happy as well, so she couldn't argue with that.
"Okay, mom, I suppose you do have a point. I wish..." Katie began.
"Wait, wait!" Kellie stopped her daughter.
"You should wish it so you understand everything about being an attorney." Kellie pointed out.
"Oh yeah, that actually makes it a whole lot easier for me, I don't think I could've taken trying to learn everything. Okay let me start again: I wish my mom and I were thirty-six year old women and I knew everything my mom did about being an attorney." Katie wished.
They both looked on at each other as Kellie grew younger, Katie grew older and more womanly. Katie then realized that she had forgotten to wish for clothes that would fit her too as they soon became too small for her, while Kellie's clothes still fit her, but seemed a little big on her, yet when the wish was complete they now both looked more like twin sisters than they did as mother and daughter.
"How do you feel honey?" Kellie asked her now grown daughter.
