"I can shrink you so you can hide in my tree house."
"Hmm..." You thought for a moment. You still have a whole day to spend at this zoo; but what could you possibly see that could top an actual fairy? "Not a bad idea! Okay, go ahead."
"Splendid!" The fairy squeed.
She appears to take a deep breath, then expels a rather large plume of glittering dust that quickly engulfs you. The scent of the mist was like a bouquet of flowers. Soon, you felt your body shrinking; you constantly shuffle your feet as the width relative to your normal size reduces. Before long, you're just about the same height as the fairy (not counting her wings).
"Perfect!" The fairy shouted, landing before you. "Now to take you back to my place." The fairy flits behind you, grabs you around the waist, and lifts you off the ground.
You squirm a bit, unsure of the fairy's grip on you. "Are you sure you can carry me all the way?" you ask
"Relax, you're the same weight as me, more or less; and fairies can lift more than 5 times our body weight without even breaking a sweat."
"That's... really cool, actually."
The two reach the fairy's tree. "Well, go ahead and make yourself at home. I've still got some work to do, but when I'm done, we can keep each other company."
"Thanks!" You said. As the fairy turned and spread her wings, you realize something. "Oh, wait, I don't even know your name."
Oh, uh..." The fairy looked nervous, almost like she didn't want to give her name; but she soon answered. "Just call me Lilly."
"Okay, Lilly, I'm Amber."
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Amber."
"You too." You said. Lilly then flew back to the lower level of the garden with you keeping your eyes on her until she was out of sight. "Wow," you say to yourself, "so graceful."
