"Well then, only one thing to do," Will said, adopting an aggressive stance, fists raised.
"Couldn't agree more," Rebeca said, glaring at the witch.
"Quit being dramatic and run," Logan said, rubbing his temples.
"If you insist," Will said as he and Rebeca sprinted off to the left of the rest of the party.
"Wait! I'm supposed to follow you!" Gabe shouted, chasing after them.
"Nice knowing you man. At least it's nonlethal," Cal offered as he slowly strode away to Logan's right.
"Just you and me now," the witch said smiling at Logan in a way that reminded him of the way lions look at gazelles on the Discovery channel.
"Ha ha ha. Ha. Bye," Logan said, pushing himself backwards and out the door. As he walked out, a six sided die appeared in front of him and rolled.
"What the hell?" he asked.
"Oh, that's deciding whether or not you escape. Let's see, shall we?" the witch said, suddenly close enough to Logan that she was resting on him.
Logan pulled his goggles of grog over his eyes. If he was going to die, at least he'd have a hell of a sight to go out to.
