After dinner, Kellie took Katie to the mall to shop for new clothes. Kellie was embarrassed that her daughter was wearing clothes two years too small for her.
At the department store, Kellie took Katie directly to the children's department. They began looking through clothes, but Katie started to feel like some of Kellie's choices were simply too childish for her.
"Come on mom, I don't wanna wear that," Katie said about one outfit in particular. "That outfit looks lame." She spied an oufit on a nearby mannequin. "I wanna wear something like that!"
"No Katie," her mother said. "That outfit is much too flashy for you to wear at this age. I told you before, don't be so anxious to grow up." At the same time, Kellie felt bad Katie wasn't old enough to wear that. Hmmm... As Katie wandered off to look at clothing, Kellie wished her daughter 15.

The tight dress she was trying on drew attention to her B-cup breasts, which had a floral print. The dress short dress revealed skinny legs ending in black high heels. Katie held up bags full of clothes.
"All right mom," Katie said. "I've got all my stuff. Let's head to the earring place now." That's when Kellie noticed one more detail; Katie already had her ears pierced. Still that wasn't that important to Kellie. She was more focused on the fact her daughter was dressed like she was in college. She was much too young to dress like this.
"Katie you can't go dressed like this," Kellie told her daughter
"Why not?" Katie argued. "I worked for this money, so I can buy what I want with it." That's when Kellie realized that Katie was now of working age, meaning she had money to spend. It seemed like Kellie could no longer make choices for her.
"Maybe if I was_____________________ I would let you wear that, but I am a respectable 41-year old woman, and I am also your mother! You are not wearing that!
Kellie then gasped as she realized what she said and the ring glowed warm...
