All of the sudden one of the pregnant woman grabs her belly and cries out in pain. This is followed shortly by al of the rest of them doing the same. Soon they are all sweating and panting loudly.
Then something moving inside of you makes you look at yourself. You now look like the tubby boys did when you came into the room and they now look just like a young pregnant woman instead of boys.
