Frieda was in her room watching a music video on her computer when her father entered. She being upset with him is the first to speak.
“Come to tell me I’m off to some boarding school in the ass end of Europe?”
Benton looks at her daughter disapprovingly; “Such language is unseemly Frieda. And don’t think I haven’t thought of sending you back to Europe.” He continues, “I just might; but not until this whole affair with Julie Stovall’s trial is dealt with. I'm not keen on dealing with 'hindering prosecution' charges.”
“Then what is it you want?” Frieda huffs.
“The whole story,” Benton looks at his daughter. “And before you snap back and say that you did tell me everything, know this; I just viewed both the security footage of Julie’s suspected attack on Eric on Monday and the footage of her attacking you and Eric yesterday.”
“Told you,” Frieda getting lippy.
“You told me of the fight,” Benton fires back. “You failed to tell me what happened Monday as well as what Eric and Spencer where doing here yesterday.”
Frieda gulped. Did dad have security footage in her room? Did he see the whole three way love session with herself, Eric and Spenser?
“John told me he drove all three of you here for a study session.” Benton glowers. “Out with it. What happened here after school?”
Frieda sighed. She was hoping to avoid this but realized it wasn’t going to happen. Resigned to the fact that her dad would soon know she starts explaining the events that led up to yesterday’s lunch time fracas. Frieda explains that after catching Julie trying to attack Eric on Monday, she resolved to dissolve any and all friendship between her and herself. Finding both Spencer and Eric as down to earth and not people that are concerned with money and status, Frieda quickly struck up a friendship between the two.
Frieda goes into detail over her talk with Spencer on Monday night. They reach an agreement that Frieda would assist turning Eric into a were-panther on Saturday for a certain favor. After hearing about Brian Walker’s public dumping of Julie on Tuesday, Frieda explains to her father that she was forced to accelerate the plans.
“What did you do Frieda?” Benton asks worriedly.
“I lightly scratched Eric,” Frieda sighs.
“You did what!” Benton shouts.
“The story is not done dad,” Frieda answers back. "So calm down for a change."
Frieda continues; she and Eric were eating lunch. Frieda told Eric what she did as a precaution in case Julie decided to attack him.
“That precaution proved correct, when Julie realized what I did dad;” Frieda states. “Since you saw the footage I don’t need to describe the events during lunch.”
“Get on with it;“ Brenton barks. “What did you do after school?”
“I invited Spencer and Eric over here and completed Eric's conversion into a were-panther.” Frieda decides to add the cherry on top; “I also had a girl on girl act with Spencer and then a ‘sandwich’ as it were with both Spencer and Eric.”
Benton was floored at what he just heard. His daughter violating statue 1A. As well as having sexual congress with complete strangers. “Have you realized what you just done?” He seethes.
“What?” Frieda snaps at him. “Make friends? Have a life that doesn’t involve you, mom and the various social functions you drag me to?” She continues, “In case you haven’t noticed; the only reason why the servants put up with you and mom is because 'I' at least treat them like equals! I don't belittle them. I give them compliments. I use words such as 'please' and 'thank you' when asking them for things. I consider them more of a family then I do with you and mom."
Getting up and raising her voice to suit, “So if you do decide to ship me of to Europe or who knows where. Good luck in keeping this place staffed with servants, because they would all quit in protest!”
Frieda continues, “You treat me like a porcelain doll. Only to be brought out to display to those you lord over and then shut back into the cupboard or placed on a shelf. All you and mom care about is power. Getting more and maintaining what you already have. And if that is the Knight legacy you are trying to teach me, then you can shove it up your ass because I want nothing to do with it!”
Benton could not believe what he is hearing; His own daughter, daring to raise her voice to him. “How dare you speak to me in that fashion, little girl.”
“How dare I?” Frieda shouts back. “You talk like this all the time! You want to ask me where I learned such language. Go look in a mirror!” Frieda sits back down on her bed clearly angry and not caring what her father will do.
Benton knight is doing what he can to contain his rage. He knows if he strikes his daughter, she will report him to the police; that or the staff. Instead he manages to walk out of her room. Just as he is about to shut the door Frieda utters on more statement that furthers un-nerve him.
“I’m also bisexual and proud of it! So deal with it! And if you do anything to the Andersons' or the Lawsons'; I'll let slip to Tachibana of the shell companies you have! The same shell companies you are using to try and take over her organization and force her out!" Frieda smiles, knowing that little kernel of knowledge will at least keep her father in check for the time being. She quickly heads to her cellphone and sends another text to Spencer and Eric telling them her father knows everything and to be extremely careful.
