You feel a pain in your hands. You look at them, resting on the well lip, and are shocked to see them shortening and fattening. Holding your left one up, you watch as the fingers shorten and grow together, black claws pushing out of your fingertips. The same thing is happening to your right hand. Then, thick, downy white fur starts growing on your new paws as your palms are covered in rough pads. The fur creeps up your am for about three inches, turns tan, then continues it's trek up your arm.
Meanwhile, you hear a ripping sound and look down to see your shoes have been ripped off by your lengthening ankles. Your feet undergo the same transformation as your hands, becoming small, fat, covered in white fur, and black claws. You notice your clothes don't seem to be fitting you anymore - they seem too big. As your shoulder blades are pulled closer together, snapping your arms out in front of you, you notice that your head is only halfway out of your shirt, which is now three sizes too big. Same goes for your pants.
You feel something poking at the base of your spine and look back to see a small tail, covered in thick black fur with a white tip, snake out of your waistband until it's hanging on the seat of your jeans. "No... this isn't what I meant..." you mumble. The fur continues it's growing, having reached the arms holes of your shirt, turning jet black. You can feel a tickling sensation as rapidly grows thickly over your back and down your chest, where it turns stark white as it grows down your stomach, which is fattening.
"No. Stop. Noggghhh." You mumble as a lump forms in your throat which signals your vocal cords changing. "Ngghhh, grffff." Is all you can manage. Your neck, swamped with black and white fur, thickens and pushes your head out. The fur grows all over your face, white around your nose and mouth, leading in a line up to your forehead, black around your eyes and the sides of your head with just a dusting of brown on your cheeks. Your ears become loose and flopping, lengthening and falling over on themselves until they hang down the sides of your face. Your face pushes out (forehead pushing back) into a short, round, puppish muzzle, nose turning black and wet, tongue getting long, rolling out of your new mouth.
Your thickened thighs and butt merge with your hips, spine straightening out and shortening. The rest of the fur covers your body and you grow puppy fat all over your body, on your stomach, legs, face, and neck. Then you shrink rapidly, falling into your clothes until you're buried in them. You're so small you whine in fear and squirm your way towards the head hole in your now humongous shirt. You tumble out and land in the soft grass. Whimpering, you get to your legs, shaky and uncertain. You feel small and scared. You look back at your small body and thick fur and discover you've been turned into a Bernese puppy.
Surrounded by the gloomy sky, the thick woods, and the new sensations of being turned into an animal, you give a high-pitched yelp of fear that would make girls gaggle over you and scamper back to your former clothes and scramble inside for protection.
