When Jennifer reached her homeroom, the teacher looked at her as she headed to her desk. When she went to sit down, he said, "Excuse me miss, but this is a Junior homeroom. You might want to check your schedule again.
Jennifer fortunately kept her schedule on hand and confirmed her homeroom was different. Once she reached her proper homeroom, she found a note on an empty desk. She opened and read it.
"Me again! By now you must be wondering why you're younger? Well, the thing about fairies is, they age differently than humans. A fairy of your proper age would appear about 13 years old; so, yeah, this isn't over yet! Once you hit the big one-three, that's when the real fun begins!"
The rage teemed in Jennifer's eyes as she continued. "It seems also the spell has an effect of adapting perception and reality based on your current appearance; so, bonus, I guess!" :)
"Oh, and say your goodbyes to Jim now, because, he may be willing to date a 15 year old, but I get the feeling he'll draw the line at 14."
Jennifer tore the paper in half and ran to the teacher's desk. Composing herself to talk to a teacher she asked in a calm voice, burying a terrible fury. "Who put this note on my desk."
"Oh, sorry, I didn't get a good look at her." It took everything Jennifer had to resist slamming her fist on the teacher's desk. "I do know she had red hair and a pink backpack." It was the first glimmer of hope she had at identifying this person.
