As Brian Walker made a big batch of pancakes, he heard his mother start to stir.
Thankful that she had no idea he snuck out to meet Alyssa Cooper at the lake, he continued preparing breakfast while contemplating her request.
Trick the system into declaring Mayor Stovall legally dead? Why? he wondered. Doing that to Julie he could understand but, given her current legal troubles, that might actually be doing her a favor.
Wondering if it was even possible, Brian decided he would at least look into the situation if he got any privacy and computer time today, because his mother was still upset with him about the anonymous e-mail that ratted him and Alyssa out so she might watch him like a hawk all day, or at least give him extra chores to help her out around the house.
However, if it turned out that everything official concerning Mayor Stovall was local, since most weres hardly ever left the sanctuary the town provided them; then Brian planned to tell Alyssa it wouldn't work the next time he saw her, because everyone in Moon Lake would know the truth no matter what he did on his computer.
But Alyssa's request did give Brian some new ideas about how he could cause more trouble for Julie Stovall online...
MEANWHILE...
"WHAT?" screamed Maggie Lawson as her husband Evan started angrily growling at Eric Anderson.
"Please, calm down everyone!" yelled their daughter Spencer, as she moved to position herself between her father and her boyfriend. "If you weren't paying attention, I said it was only a dream. You two don't become grandparents until after Eric and I get married and I have my 25th birthday," she reminded them.
"Oh," realized Evan, as he started willing himself to resume his human form before his inner werewolf burst out, destroying his clothes in the process. "But Frieda Knight too, huh stud?" he asked, which made Eric blush.
"Yeah. Apparently the three of us now share some kind of special bond that nothing can break," replied Eric, before pointing out the fact that the three teenagers now shared the same unique green eye color even in their human forms, a shade none of them were before.
"I've heard some weres talk about these so-called prophecy dreams before, but I've never had one myself, let alone ever heard of one having a host. Have you Evan?" asked his wife.
"No, to both" replied her husband. "Never had one before, and there being someone else in it is new to me. You sure this guy wasn't like the girls OB/GYN or something?" he asked Eric.
"You're guess is as good as mine," replied Spencer's boyfriend, while shrugging his shoulders. "Not even having completed my first week as a were yet, this is all new to me."
Then Eric apologized for not being able to stay longer, and took off to head home so his mother could take him clothes shopping.
When the Lawsons were alone in the house, Spencer told them about spotting Grandpa Mike and not knowing who the lady in the car with him was.
"Now I have something to bug the old coot about the next time I see him," Evan thought happily, while Maggie chided him over that.
"Despite being older than you and your father, he's still pretty young for a were. The man's entitled to have friends," said Maggie. Then the conversation turned to the one topic they wanted to discuss with their daughter more than anything else.
"Spencer, we were wondering," began her mother, looking directly at her, "how would you feel about becoming a big sister?"
The fact that a moment later, Evan was setting his daughter on the couch while Maggie ran to find the smelling salts because Spencer fainted was not the answer they were hoping for.
