After Kenya Adaeze left the Twists' household with her boyfriend Ben, he asked, "What would you like to do now?"
"As long as I'm with you, my werewolf, I do not care," she said with a smile, before giving him a loving kiss.
Having cleaned up from their breakfast with his mothers Samantha and Frances, Ben and Kenya were sitting in his car, debating what to do on this lazy Sunday afternoon in Moon Lake.
"Hmmm...." said Ben, pondering the situation. "There is one place I haven't taken you. Have you ever been to Moon Lake?"
"Aren't we already here?" asked Kenya, a bit confused.
"No. I mean what the town is named after. Sounds like we've got a plan," said Ben, as he put on his seat belt and started the car.
Kenya just smiled at him while putting on her seat belt, for she trusted him as much as she loved him.

"Well, here we are," announced Ben later, as he parked at a tourist lookout point.
Kenya looked out past the hood of his car and saw a large body of water.
"THE Moon Lake that the town is named after," announced Ben. "The story goes that the first settlers to this town arrived on the afternoon of a full moon, and weren't sure what to call their new place until moon rise that night. When they saw the full moon start to appear over the tree line and it's reflection on the water..."
"Moon Lake," concluded Kenya.
"Yes," confirmed Ben, while undoing his seat belt and moving as close to her as he could with the automatic transmission column between their bucket seats. "Being open to both weres and normals, there are designated sections, although only local citizens know what the W and N signs actually mean. Some normal humans like to camp out here during the warmer months, and the weres who can afford to do so either rent or own cabins in the W areas. Place is closed to normals from November to March, and to weres from December to February each year, except for the aquatics. They have year round access as long as they can stand the cold water and the surface isn't frozen over, for there are routes from here all the way to the Pacific Ocean that they swim."
"Really?" asked Kenya, as Ben put his arm around her. "And what about you?" she inquired, leaning against him the best she could with the transmission between them.
"Mayor Stovall owns a cabin out here that he's let Samantha borrow once in a while. My camping skills are decent, but the solitude gets to me. Despite how much I love my mothers, maybe it's because I've had no one truly special to go camping with before," said Ben, before kissing her.
When their lips parted, she stared at him and said, "Can we..."
"As much as I would love to, it's still a couple of hours until sunset, and I promised your aunt and uncle you'd be home after dinner tonight because we both have school tomorrow," said Ben, although he was only a high school Junior and she in college.
"Maybe sometime we can rent and share a cabin together," suggested Kenya, hopefully.
"I'd love that, and in case you haven't figured it out already, I love you Kenya Adaeze," said Ben, before kissing her again.
"And I love you too my dearest Benjamin," she said with a smile, before the two of them embraced and just silently sat in the car, holding each other close for a while.
