Of course! You realize how silly you were being. You slide into the water and approach Lorelei. "I'm ready." you say, still feeling a bit small in the presence of the beautiful mermaids, but you knew you would be one soon.
Lorelei rested her hands on your shoulder. "That's more like it." And with that, she kissed you.
This kiss was different from the last one. There was a magnetism to it. Like a strong tide or whirlpool, you felt sucked in. Your whole body felt cold, then hot. Your legs felt like wet clay, twisting themselves together and reforming into a long tail, longer than the one you had as a temporary mermaid. Your leg bones seemed to dissolve, though you could feel your spine lengthen to fill your new extra-flexible appendage. You felt your scales appear, spreading like goosebumps across your tail, and as the sensation reached what was left of your feet, a large, impressive fluke sprouted from the tip of your tail.
But you weren't done changing yet. Now that your tail was in place, you felt pains throughout the rest of your body. You were growing, ever so slightly, into a matured woman. Your hips became more shapely, your posture more elegant. You blushed as your chest swelled just a bit. Your hair brushed softly against your shoulders as it made its way down your back. It felt like there was something in your throat. Finally, Lorelei ended her kiss.
Your scales were green like before, but the color was more brilliant. Your hair was as long as the other's now, running just past your waist. It hadn't taken quite the extreme color change that Corey's had, though its new hue of strawberry blond was pleasing to you.
You craned your neck, which felt a little longer and more graceful. What did your face look like now? "Anyone have a mirror?" your voice hadn't changed too much, but there was a ripened fullness to it now.
"Spoken like a true mermaid!" laughed Nina, followed by the others.
Corey darted to you, planting a kiss on your cheek, "I'm no mirror, but I can tell you that you look amazing." You hugged Corey tightly.
