Jeff was weighing his options when a familiar voice called his name from downstairs. "Jeff, I'm home! Can you help me with groceries?"
Jeff paused. His mother had returned from the grocery store, and he had an idea...
"Um, Okay mom!" he called back, and he ran down the stairs
Almost sprinting down the stairs, Jeff almost collided with his mother, stopping as she passed by the stairs with groceries in her arms. "Whoa, Jeff! I appreciate the enthusiasm, but you're gonna hurt yourself, be careful!" His mom lovingly chastised.
"I know mom..." he said, as he looked over her.
His mother (Lauren was her fist name, though he'd never call her that) was a somewhat tall, about 5' 9", only a bit shorter than him at 16. As to be expected from birthing and raising two kids, she was just a little on the heavier side, with small reservoirs of fat spread across her belly and backside mostly. Her brown hair was kept shoulder length, functional and pretty, framing her womanly face, barely noticeable dark marks under her green eyes, due to the pressures of being a single working mother. She was wearing her typical casual clothes, a light blue sweater and black sweat pants, nothing fancy but something classy enough to wear to the grocery store. All in all, she was the exact same woman Jeff always knew and loved, at the current time.
"Jeff? You feel like helping, or you just want to stare at me all day?" Lauren asked her teenage son, smiling slightly
"Oh, yeah, right!" Jeff said, blinking a few times before squeezing past his mom out to the front door. Lauren shook her head, rolling her eyes and smiling gently to herself, thinking about Jeff's late father, and just how similar the two were. Then she turned and carried the groceries she was carrying to the kitchen, unaware of the changes she was about to go through.
After the groceries were put away, Jeff went back upstairs.
"Dinner in 10!" his mother called.
Jeff entered his room and decided to have a little fun with his mom.
He entered "Lauren" into the "Target name", then thought of the possibilities...
