A moment's disorientation was all the three new wolf-morphs felt at the door as the Chronovac finished altering their memories, quickly passing and forgotten as they saw the two teens collapsed together on the floor, the fresh musk of sex in the room. The blonde wolf that was Sean's mom spoke up, his voice still sharper than most males. "See, Cassie? Your pup's here, and just fine!"
The russet wolf, Jeff's mom, huffed and crossed his arms. "Well, he's certainly grounded after running off in the middle of the night! I can't believe him sometimes!"
The black wolf turned to Sean's "mom", not even trying to keep his voice down with the boys "sleeping". "And you said he snuck a pet up here, Annette! What nonsense are you going to come up with next to avoid finishing our talk?"
"Well, maybe if you'd listen once in a while, we'd actually be able to finish them instead of needing to have someone interrupt, Carl!" Annette was similarly unconcerned as soon as they found the boys, raising his voice to match.
"Honestly! You two are as bad as pups! And what are you wearing, Annette? You look ridiculous!" Cassie was just as loud, pointing at the barely-fitting panties on Annette.
With the noise of the three adult wolves fighting in the doorway, it didn't take long for Sean and Jeff to wake up with groans. Untangling themselves from each other, they both yipped and turned away from their mostly-naked parents. "What are you doing in my room?!"
That caught the adults' attention long enough to pause the argument, Carl speaking up first. "Cassie thought her pup had snuck over after his power went out, and followed his tracks here. Of course, Annette thought you had managed to get a pet without us knowing."
Annette growled at that, tearing off his panties with a growl. "Well, it's still not out of the question! They could have hidden the leash and collar before we came upstairs!"
His comment was met with a snarl from Cassie, turning and starting to storm off. "Well, I didn't raise my son to be a pet bitch! So you can forget that idea!"
Jeff and Sean were in shock at where the fight had gone to, Sean jumping up and shutting the door as his parents followed Jeff's mom out of the room. As soon as he did, he turned back to Jeff with a growl. "What. Did. You. Do?!"
Jeff jumped back on the computer as soon as his body responded again, trying to figure out what happened. "I'm looking! I'm looking! It should have been simple! Here, the option to change from single-target to group..." He was opening help windows as he went, trying to get an answer quickly. As soon as he opened the "recent option changes" list, his ears and tail fell. "Oh, fuck... Fuck fuck fuck!"
"What? What did you do to our moms?" Sean ran over, nearly pushing Jeff out of the way to read what was on the screen. The list was detailed, but had a divider marking where Jeff changed the number of targets. Awareness defaulted to "unaware" for the group change, and most of the physical stats had some amount of random variable to it or "base on current form" highlighted. What drew his eyes were the same two options that Jeff was wimpering over. The gender for the entire group was set to "male", and the duration... "This is permanent?!"
"Only until we can change them back! We just... I... don't know how to..." Jeff felt terrible. Sure, he wanted their parents to be changed so they wouldn't have to explain as much. But he never intended to change so much! "The manual... All the instructions... They're at my house. But our parents would catch us trying to sneak out again!"
Sean backed off, taking a few breaths to calm down. He was still snarling and upset. It was understandable, after his best friend turned [i]both[/i] his parents into [i]male[/i] wolf morphs. But it was still an accident. The adrenaline was getting to him, and if they were too loud... "Alright... Move. Let me see. There's no... undo button, is there?"
"If there is, I don't see it. Wait... What's this?" Jeff had been looking through options and menus, being exceptionally careful not to change any settings in case it made it impossible to change their parents back. "Saved profile logs? It... keeps track of who it changes, and how?"
Sean was looking over Jeff's shoulder again quickly at that comment. "Yeah... it looks like it saves each individual profile during a group change. Must be why they were frozen... Doing both at once, instead of saving our profiles and then changing us. So we can change them back... What a relief! So... what are you waiting for?"
Jeff thought about it for a minute, shaking his head. "There's no rush, right? I mean, my mom's probably already heading home. But the group change had "global awareness" off, so my sister should just accept it as normal. And this way, we don't have to change anything on us to try out these new bodies more! What do you say?"
