MOON LAKE... Andersons: A Warning Before Heading Home

added by s1 6 years ago O

William made it through his five PM class without any real difficulties. Things had settled down, and of course in its odd way that Yvette's attack had solved all the concerns he had had about Moon Lake's were society when his family had first moved to the town. He could see things from a were's perspective and found that he wasn't a mindless animal, and of course, there was the bond he felt to Martha which had pretty much saved their marriage. His students, both were and normal and some coming from outside of Moon Lake, all did well and he felt well with how things were going.

It was close to six PM as he made his way out of the English department building only to find Dean Myers coming his way. This took him as somewhat of a surprise, as he didn't think there was a reason to speak with the dean at the moment. He paused and looked to the dean as he approached.

"Is something wrong, sir?" William asked.

"At this exact moment... I don't think so," Dean Myers answered, "You didn't see anything strange on your way out, did you?"

"No, sir," William answered and then raised an eyebrow, "Should I have?"

"I'd hope not," Dean Myers answered, "we've had reports of another agent being sent with regard to going after Jennifer Harper and Harry Jenkins. The big thing would be to call campus security if you notice any odd behavior. I've just been going to each department to make sure each department head got the email."

"I'll be sure to keep an eye out," William replied, "they deserve some happiness after everything."

With that, the dean nodded and William was soon his own. He returned to his car and was soon on the way home. He remembered Nate's text about Martha bringing home a friend from her shopping trip. He had no problem with it. For one, it was only fair after his previous affairs and for the other, he had never known that Martha was bi or was repressing it. His infidelity had never been for a lack of love, that had never been the issue between him and Martha, not that excused his past infidelity. The discovery that Martha was bi and that she had been repressing it had struck hard at the part of him that loved Martha that made him quite willing to be with other women in order to help her be the best and most complete person she could be. With their marriage becoming more and more open as both he and Martha embraced and loved being weres, William was more than willing to let his wife have her fun. The only thing that he really wondered over was who Martha had brought home with her.

He drove on the way home and found there was a car parked at the curb in front of the Anderson home.

"Must be Martha's friend," William thought as he brought his own vehicle into the garage and climbed out of the car. As he exited the garage and then shut the garage door to head toward the front door, he could hear at least some soft male moaning coming from the house. Even in his human form, his hearing was sharp enough to know that it was from the second floor which reinforced what Nate's text had said that he and Alex would be there. He entered quietly and could soon hear a pair of feminine moans faintly coming down from the upstairs as well. He also quietly paused to give a few sniffs and could soon see that no one had made a start at dinner yet.

He looked down at his watch and could see the minute hand inching past the Roman Numeral three on its display, William figured it best to get that started. He thought he recognized the second female voice, but he wasn't sure. The only pleasure filled moan that he'd ever memorized was Martha's due to her being his most common partner. And while he could feel his equipment wanting to rush up and find out who his wife had brought home, he knew that he'd need to get dinner ready so that they'd be able to eat. His curiosity could easily be solved when Martha's friend was ready to go home. If she wanted to stay for dinner that would be fine as well, but dinner would have to still be prepared.

"I think I saw a few steaks in the fridge earlier," William thought to himself as he set his briefcase down by the base of the stairs and then headed toward the back door, "a few grilled steaks doesn't sound like too bad an idea..."
