You read the letter as you ate and it said
Dear, Leader of Greatclaw
I am the leader of Snowpack and I heard of the cities alliance I thought we should meet so I've arranged a conference here in Snowpack please respond before you arrive so we can make arrangements you are welcome to bring as much protection as you like.

"Hmm," you said to yourself you still weren't sure you could trust any of the other leaders yet, but Howl did say that you could bring as much protection as you liked. You finished your breakfast and walked out of your room to find a maid.
"Greeting my mistress I am Scaleen, and I am one of the many maids who are around here to help you, would you like me to tidy up your room?" Scaleen asked nicely
"Yes please,"You responded,"and one more thing if I were to send a letter where would I go?"
"YOU would hand it to one of the guards and they will send it for you." Scaleen said,"anything else?"
"No thank you."You responded
You walked down the stairs to find Razor waiting for you.
"Hello my mistress," he said," I hope you slept well."
"Yes I did thanks for asking," you started," and one more thing I got a letter from Snowpack that I thought you should see." You said showing Razor the letter
"You want to go through with this?" Razor asked
"Despite the fact that we don't know any other leaders and Snowpack is an ally of ours why not, Howl did say I could bring as much protection as needed too."You said
"True and if that's the case there is a study down the hall from here where you can write a letter in response follow me." Razor said
Razor lead you to a desk with a quill, ink, paper and 3 journals.
"Perfect!" You said sitting down it felt weird due to that fact that your naked and female.
"Just to confirm if I want to send a letter I give it to one of the guards?" You asked
"Yes mistress." Razor responded
"How many guards should we bring?" You asked
"We?"Razor asked
"Well yeah you did volunteer to give me a tour and you are an officer right?"You asked
"Yes mistress once I deliver this I'll gather about 5 more guards besides me for a squad is that okay?" Razor asked.
"Yes," you said
You began to write your letter
Dear, Howl, Leader of Snow pack
I think that meeting will be an excellent chance for us to get aquainted with one another plan in accordance to the amount of time it takes you to receive this letter. I hope that we can make good allies for the betterment of both of us.

"About 3 days." Razor responded," So we will leave in 3 days is that okay?"
You were at first awestruck but then you realized that you had no motorized transportation.
"Yes, but just wondering how will we get there?" You asked
"By horse,"Razor said
"Okay then I'll just spend time in the village and around here in the meantime." You said
"I recommend you take a guard with you just in case, besides people still don't know you yet." Razor said
"I'll be fine on my own it's okay for you to worry." You said
"What if your attacked?!" Razor said concerned
"As I said I'll be fine on my own." You said and turned back towards Razor and gave him a toothy smile.
