Steve had been watching out the window for the last hour hoping dad would be home first, A car pulls up and Steve is filled with elation and embarrassment as he realizes his father is home. Joy that he wont need to talk to his mom alone about it and embarrassment that he needs to explain how he was violated by his mother, how she slowly destroyed and even reversed his gender identity, even temporarily.
Awkwardly, he went toward the garage waiting for the door to open and his father to step in. When it did, all Steve could say was "Daddy?" before bursting into tears and running into his arms.
"What is it sweetie?" Dad asked using a nickname Steve had previously grown out of...
Steve explained everything and showed Dad the half used bottle of hormones. With great reluctance Steve showed his father his developing breasts and pulled down his pants showing his lack of a penis.
Dad looked closely at the bottle for just a second reading the address and told Steve to get in the car. Without hesitation they were off to The Hormone Shop.
When they arrived the shop was empty save for the pharmacist at the counter in the back. "Steve, stay up here till I call for you and look around."
Steve wandered around for a few minutes glancing a his father and hearing his father's raised voice clearly at different points of the conversation. At one point they were both watching the security camera which was playing showing footage of someone talking to a pharmacist, but it looked like a female and there was nobody but them in the store.
A few minutes after that his father called and Steve walked up to them. The pharmacist smiled warmly, "Hello Steven, I am Doctor Martins, I understand that you were given an overdose of medicine and were looking to reverse the effects. Is that right?"
Steven nodded.
Dr. Martins looked at Dad, "In order to determine what your child needs I will need to look at the child more closely. Please have the child meet me in the examination room. It will only take a moment or two and I can have you on your way."
Dad led me into a room next to the window we were speaking through, there was a sign that says Patience only, so Dad didn't enter.
Dr. Martins entered from a back door and immediately got latex gloves on. "We only have a moment or two Steven, so I'm going to have to ask you to make a big decision here. In the next minute you will have to decide who and what you want to be. I am going to examine your chest, hips, and privates to see the severity of the effects, I will need to touch you during the examination, are you okay with this?"
Steve was listening carefully as Dr. Martins pace held steady, there was a calm urgency about it. "Yes"
"Lift your shirt. Your mother wanted to stop you from going through puberty. She ended up nearly making you genderless. Its a completely different regimen to change genders. And in the proper dosage, there wouldn't be any noticeable lasting effects. You would have had an annual physical exam in a few months, the doctors would have given your mother the warnings of the effects on you to be behind in your development, and she would have let you grow realizing she was being selfish. You may put your shirt down. I am going to feel your hips now. Your mother gave you an overdose, on purpose or not it has had significant impact on your genitalia, which can be reversed, but will have side effects of its own. Good, minimal change in hip structure. You have probably gained some fat because of this but that can be dealt with. The Y chromosome has been blocked leaving the X chromosome to take over which enhances female characteristics, but doesn't make you female any more than having facial hair defines one as a male."
Dr. Martins took a step back, "Very well, please drop your pants and underwear. Your Father on the other hand insists I push you through puberty as fast as possible to halt any more meddling your mother may try to do, which can be done. But the real question here... You may redress yourself... is what do you want? You are actually a very good candidate now to go any direction you choose. You can be male or female, aged or youthened, I can ensure that you grow into a movie-star's or model's physique without having to try, or let you grow normally. Nobody seems to have bothered to ask you what you want, so tell me and I will make sure it happens."
*Bang*Bang* "Steve, how you doing in there?"
"I'm good Dad, but it will be just a few more minutes, I have some questions for the Dr."
