Before you know what happens next, perhaps you should know how Luke and Dean were dealing with Max and Allan's conjoined state. After sneaking the two into the empty locker room, Dean tried to help Allan relax as Luke and Max used their powers together. In about fifteen seconds, Max and Allan were separated, and both checked their bodies to make sure that they had all of their own parts.
After the guys explained everything to Allan, Max apologized for accidentally fusing with him. Allan forgave him, since it was only an accident. Allan said that he might want to be conjoined with another person again, but not like the tangled mess that he and Max ended up as while wrestling. Allan and Dean decided that they might want to have two heads soon, possibly by the two of them being conjoined--they were friends after all. Of course, Luke and Max wanted to be conjoined right away--they had gotten over what had happened between them the other day, and decided to become one body again today. Of course, that meant that they would have to ditch their last two classes and well as the rest of gym class, but Dean and Allan agreed to cover for them as long as Luke and Max agreed to make them conjoined after school. The boys agreed, and all four of them left the locker room soon after--Dean and Allan for the gym, Luke and Max for home.
This is where our story goes back to the present. Mark and Zack were finishing their gaming with Ethan and Scott. The boys decided to watch some TV, while Ethan and Scott decided to go upstairs. The guys said these things just as Luke and Max snuck in through the door, having spent nearly an hour on the public bus to get home. Naturally, Ethan and Scott were upset--they were Luke's father and Max's father conjoined--because they never expected their own sons to play hooky. After an explanation of the events of the day, the two headed dads forgave their sons. Plus, Ethan felt that it would be awkward if he was conjoined to the father of children that he was not related to. If Luke and Max were conjoined just like Mark and Zack, then technically the six of them would be a family of conjoined twins--a two-headed father, and a pair of two-headed sons.
"Ready?" Luke asked.
"Yep." said Max.
Within a few seconds, Luke and Max pushed their sides against each other. Soon after, the two of them were conjoined twins again: Max on their left side and Luke on their right, two arms, two legs, and two heads!
Of course, the guys were all amazed at what they saw and what it meant. In this fashion, the men of two families had become one family. Ethan and Scott were two headed conjoined twins, and were now the "joint" fathers of a pair of two headed boys--Mark and Zack were Scott's two-headed sons, while Luke and Max were now Ethan and Scott's two-headed sons. Their three bodies sat down on the living room furniture, looking forward to their future as a conjoined family. Ethan and Scott started reading a book and newspaper--one for each of their heads--while Mark and Max tried to play against their video games again. Luke and Max just sat in an armchair, working on their homework together.
