He soon left his room and headed downstairs while the Chronivac was still changing, slowly changing his father.
Back down the living room, Jeff’s father was sitting on his sofa watching the football game. Six is when kickoff starts and it’s already that time. But when he stopped at the Anime Network, it was showing Soul Eater. Normally, it’s Jeff channel, as he likes to watch anime from time to time. He first thought to skip it and change the channel again. But for some strange reason, he was starting to get absorbed in the story and animation. This is a first he felt as he thought they are just cartoons for adults. But now, it feels like there’s something special about these Japanese shows. So he silently dropped the remote and sat back, watching Soul Eater.
As he started to watch, Jeff came into the living and apologized to his father on what took him so long. “Hey dad! Sorry if I kept you waiting. There was something I had to do in my room and I have to finish it. Hope you’re not mad at me.”
