Jennifer searched everywhere, until she remembered she still had yet to finish her book, let alone the report. English was one of her favorite subjects. She claimed that it was because she could bullshit answers and still be right, but secretly she loved reading.
"Damn it," she muttered under her breath.
"What was the book again?"
She scanned the living room bookshelf until her eye fell on the Harry Potter collection. Her family owned all seven books, as her dad had been a Potterhead until he died of stage 4 prostate cancer when Jen was only 9. Because of that, her whole family was comprised of secret Potterheads, with Jen's little sister Lily being the biggest Potterhead currently alive in the family. Jen figured it had something to do with her being named after one of the characters; despite being the least knowledgable in Harry Potter, she did know that one of the characters was named Lily. Maybe Jen could just ask Lily about one of the Harry Potter books and turn in her book report on that. But there was something off about the collection.
"What the hell? Were we robbed?"
