You felt eight legs, had lots of eyes, and felt bristles all over your body. You knew you were a spider, but seemed significantly larger than the average spider, and you figured out you were a tarantula. You then looked to see the man reach down slowly towards you, and you turned around swiftly, and stepped back feeling afraid, but angry.
"Whoa there, it's okay I won't hurt you at all, just give me a chance to explain. In your current situation you need me just as much as I need you, and I can help you. I know you must be afraid, and mad at me, but everything that I've done so far is always for a good reason. And we both know your odds of survival here is slim, especially considering that you have no spider instincts, and your species isn't native here." The man said
You thought for a second, and realized that the man was right, and you really had no choice. You slowly motioned towards the man, and let him touch your bristles. "There we are, now you aren't going to like this next part, but I'm pretty sure that neither of us can trust one another." The man said pulling out a small hamster cage. "I know how this looks, but you need to know more before we can trust one another so please just comply. I can say this once, and I will probably bring it up again in the future, but our life-forces are now forever linked. In simpler terms if one of us dies, the other will fall the second the first one does." The man said
You considered your options, and wondered if you should really trust this guy, but between your survival, and what he just said you weren't in the mood for taking a risk. You willingly walked into the cage, and the man closed the door behind you,"I'll try not to make things unsettling for you, by the way my name is Sacrund, you can tell me yours later when we have a better time to get acquainted." The man said picking the cage up off the ground, and began walking through the woods.
"Where is he taking me?" You thought, but were quickly distracted when you began uncontrollably producing silk like fibers from your abdomen, and quickly came to the assumption that they were webs. You really had no idea why you were producing them so you began trailing them, and leaving the majority of them in the corner of the cage. Eventually you got to a small cabin, and the two of you entered it through the door as if it was normal.
Your cage was then set down on a table, and Sacrund pulled up a chair and opened the cage. You then walked outside the cage, which seemed to take up quite a bit of space on the table, and stood in front of Sacrund. "Welcome to my home, or our home now. Here I'll change you into something more comfortable, and as a bonus I'll give you the ability of speech so we can converse with each other. Don't worry, like before this should be painless." Sacrund said touching your thorax, and you were filled with an all yoo familiar feeling. As you changed you noticed you were now larger than the cage you were inside, but weren't that much bigger. You were about the size of a smallish dog, or a house cat, however you were a....
