Ty was impressed by Charlie's courage. Despite how much smaller and weaker than Andre he was Charlie was standing his ground. Ty couldn't let that go unrewarded. So instead of the Charlie only getting 10 inches longer Ty made it so that Charlie's dick would always be 3 inches longer than Andre and his balls would be proportionately bigger. Not only that but even though he wasn't going to get any taller or more muscular Charlie was going to get stronger.
