As Josh ran up the stairs, you began to panic, with the choice of either facing a madman with an axe or going through one of the doors, the doors felt more safe. As you turn back to run, Josh had made it up the stairs and tried to grab your shoulder but you quickly shake him off with a quick elbow to the face.
Josh stumbles slightly from the impact and swings his axe forward, and you gasp as you feel the axe slightly nick your backside. Next time, the axe would do more than cut, it would chop you in half.
You grab the handle of the Golden Door and swing it open, not even caring. You weren't sure if you would be able to get away from Josh if you went through here but it was your only choice at this point.
As you enter the room, you feel a burst of wind around you as if you were traveling extremely fast. It takes a moment but suddenly, you open your eyes and find yourself somewhere completely different.
Josh was gone, and you were in what looked like the sacrificial altar for a holy deity or being of some sort. The room you were in was completely covered with golden fixtures and white drapes. You saw nothing but endless golden walls and the marble altar decorated with several fine cloths and trinkets.
You walk up to the altar, stepping on nothing as you place your hands on the marble top of the altar.
Then placed on the middle of the altar was a large golden chalice filled with a golden like liquid inside. You weren't quite sure why but something was telling you to drink from the large chalice, as if that was the purpose of the room.
