The week seems to drag on as you and Adam study and take your Final Exams but eventually once the final test has been takenamed and the last locker had been emptied the school bell rings singing the sweet song of freedom. You wait for Adam as you both try to get through the the crowd of excited students heading for the exit.
You and Adam begin walking home, something interesting was that your house and Adam's were only three blocks apart but Adam lived Closer to school making for a pretty fast goodbye. "What's with theach car?" You ask Adam as you watch his Dad's packing bags into the trunk. "Well, since my brother just left from visiting we decided to head to the beach" He responds. "When are you coming back?" You ask, you don't want to be bored waiting for him to come back home. "Just a week, so don't worry" Adam says just as his dad begins to yell at him for not hurrying up. "Hey can I use your bathroom?" You say noticing the sudden urge appearing. "Sure, but just hurry alright" You nod and race up the stairs to the bathroom.
After finishing your business you notice two pairs of shoes left in the bathroom, one seem to be made for long and skinny feet while the other is made for large and wide feet. You then begin to realize that the shoes must belong to Adam's father and older brother (He ,us to have left them by accident when visiting.) You smile as you grab them and stash them into your book bag. You run downstairs, out the front door and wave goodbye to Adam.

When you get home you notice your brothers Chris and Benji eating a snack. Looking around you see no signs of your parents, "Where's Mom and Dad?" You ask them. "They're downtown getting the old car fixed" Benji says in mouth full of crackers. You head upstairs to your bedroom and lock the door, taking out the pairs of shoes you have:
1 Pair of Shoes for Adam's Younger Brother (Mike)
2 Pairs of Shoes for Adam's Older Brother (Dan)
1 Pair of Shoes for Adam's Dad
and your very own... Maybe you could get some more!!!
You sneak into Benji's room and grab a pair of sneakers from his closet, you then sneak to your Parents room and grab a pair of your own Dad's Shoes. Then you walk to the basement with a plastic bag and put Chris old shoes along with a pair of sandals you realize from when you were 7 years old.
