When the four got back downstairs, Ryan and Bradley were surprised to see more conjoined siblings walking in. Ryan and Bradley were still surprised; they had only arrived in ConjoinVerse about fifteen minutes ago, and were still getting used to the fact that everyone here was born with at least one conjoined sibling. As both of the boys were cousins, and their parents married as two sets of twins, it did make sense to have a two-headed mother and a two-headed father here. Their families were close, and in this universe there were even new siblings in existence: Ryan's older brother Derek had an identical conjoined twin here named Eli, and Bradley's older brother Thatcher had two fraternal conjoined twins named Terry and Dylan. The Ryan and Bradley from ConjoinVerse were conjoined fraternal twins, but they had been transported to NormVerse by their universe's Doctor Parker--and his twin brother, also Dr. Parker--just as the Ryan and Bradley from NormVerse were transported here by their Doctor Parker. The Ryans and Bradleys from NormVerse and ConjoinVerse had been transported to each other's universes, and so far, Ryan and Bradley were still getting used to ConjoinVerse. (Sorry if this intro was a bit complicated, but it helps to know the full story, especially if a new chapter is written.)
In ConjoinVerse, Ryan and Bradley were surprised to see another ConjoinVerse family coming in; apparently their ConjoinVerse mothers had invited them for lunch. As with their own parents, Ryan and Bradley saw two heads each on the mother and father bodies; however, it was the heads of their sons that Ryan and Bradley truly recognized. Back home in NormVerse, Ryan and Bradley were friends with fraternal quadruplets--Leo, Donnie, Raph, and Mikey; not surprisingly, they were CONJOINED fraternal quadruplets here, their four heads arranged in a row across their wide shoulders. The four brothers, like others in ConjoinVerse, noticed immediately that Ryan and Bradley were separate beings with one head each. As their families went into the living room, Ryan and Bradley crept back upstairs with their ConjoinVerse friends. They managed to find their own room: like Derek and Eli's bedroom, there was a large bed for two conjoined siblings, a wide desk, a chair that would be seen as a bench in NormVerse, and a closet full of clothes for a two-headed person. It was home, and yet it wasn't.
"So, you two are from a parallel universe?" Leo asked.
"Yep," Ryan said.
"Awesome," Mikey smiled.
"From what I can tell," Donnie said, "you are the Ryan and Bradley from a universe where everyone is born as separate beings with only one head each."
"Well, that is the norm in our world," Bradley answered, "and some of the people in this universe don't even exist there."
"I can't imagine not being with my bros," Mikey said. "What are we like in your world?"
"Well, you are still quadruplets, but not conjoined," Ryan said.
"Donnie is still the smart one, Mikey enjoys goofing off, and you still love pizza and video games," Bradley said. "Other than your conjoined state here, the guys we know are just the same."
"Well, that's great," Raph said, "but where are the Ryan and Bradley that WE know?"
"Oh, well," Ryan said, "the Doctor Parker in our universe was performing a cross-dimensional experiment, as were the Dr. Parkers here in yours. What happened was that we were sent here, and the Ryan and Bradley that you guys know were sent to our universe."
"I can only imagine what's happening there now," Ryan said.
"Yeah, they'd be freaked out to know that the people in our world only have one head," Bradley said, "or how our families and friends will react when they find a two-headed version of us."
"No offense," Ryan said to the four body bros.
"None taken," said Donnie.
"What-evs," Mikey said.
"Don't worry," Raph said.
"We understand," said Leo.
"Boys! Are you all coming down to lunch?" There were four female voices. Ryan and Bradley recognized two as those of their mothers Helena and Lisa, respectively, and the other two were the mothers of the ConjoinVerse quadruplets: Mona and Lisa (Mona is their only mother in NormVerse).
And there another question to the boys that they were asking each other: "What do we do now?"
