Cassia walked a bit off from the road as not to run into any trouble, the land of Vynel. There, surely, she wild find strong warriors to face Kasergrov's rath and the rath of her very own father; it's cruel and uncaring leader.
About an hour later she found herself entering the city of Sarch (sar-shh).
Even with her newfound strength she felt a little nervous, not to mention that it looks a little suspicious that a lone 10-year-old "boy" would be out on his own in a city such as this one. But she pushed those thoughts aside as she neared what appeared to be a pub, with two or three drunken patrons either passed out or about to pass out.
With a deep breath Cassia put on a brave face and entered the dimly lit bar. Inside men were drinking, flirting and groping the waitresses, or having all out brawls.
Cassia wormed her way through the muscley crowd and found an unoccupied seat, the barmaid gave the girl a confused look "I don't suppose you're looking for a drink, a boy your age?" She spoke. "Uh-I uh...was wondering if there was anyone who opposed Kasergrov's oppressive rule?" She said uncertainty in her young voice. "Uh ummm, sorry kid, you'd either have to be really drunk or really crazy to do something like that" she said.
"If you ask me! That son of a pig-whore king of there's is-gruuugh-asking fer' it!" The drunken voice of the man sitting next to Cassia spoke. She looked at the man; the was middle aged by her guess, with leather and metal armor with a large fur pelt that looked like it came from somekind of bear, he had black messy hair that reached below his neck with stubble lining his strong gaw. He had a big sword strapped to his back: the sword's hilt was amazing, it had a dark leather handle with a black bear decoration on the end of the hilt.
The barmaid turned to the stranger "or both like this one" she said as she refilled the man's drink. Cassia turned to him, it was as if the old gods had answered her prayers, the man had seemed to have somekind of axe to grind with her father but she couldn't get anymore information from the drunk stranger. He had agreed to help her with her quest to save Kasergrov, he would take her to a group dedicated to fighting her fathers rule!...after he regained consciousness, "ugh, I'm never drinking" cassia thought to herself.
