As you move towards the sound, a sharp pain throws you to the ground on your stomach. Your back arched, young wings spasm-ed. Screaming curses, you try to reign the feeling of something trying to rip itself out of you.

It look like a ridiculous monster sized winged torso with human sized body-parts.
Your stomach and pelvis went next, bursting with so much power your human sized head belched actual fire. Your teeth sharpens, and with a sneeze, your face forms a draconian shape.
your neck and tail grew agonizingly slow at the same pace, making you grunt and moan. Your legs grew first, exploding right into the shape of a dragon feet, suddenly bringing your rear up, doubling the rate your tail is growing. Your arm slowly pushed you up, and you are given with a tail 5 times the length of your torso, and your neck lengthen until it could reach the ground without you even folding your new draconian legs!
