The Cung-Pow gang was formed some time ago, but 4 years ago the CEO of RICE Industry's, Anthony "Tony" Rice known in the criminal underworld as Takeout Tony used his wealth, power, and connections to take over the gang. He mainly is at one of the gang's fronts, a Chinese restaurant by the name of Fànzuì Restaurant. He has an assistant and bodyguard named Yuèliàng Tongyī and her brother Tàiyáng as Tony's main bodyguard. Yueliang is 17 with short black hair cut into a bob. Taiyang has short black hair and usually wears a black suit. Since their names are hard for the boss to say he calls them Yin and Yang. Yueliang being Yin and her brother being Yang. Yin's main weapon of choice is a sai and she usually carries two in her sash. Yang has throwing knives, silenced pistols and two Katanga in an x on his back.
