Isaac sighed at his predicament sending frost into the air. There is no way he could bring this Paladin with him on his journey. He would be a great help or a dead weight. Groaning in frustration, which to the paladin was heard as an irritated growl, Isaac pulled his face in frustration.
"We will venture back out," Isaac eyed the naked Paladin "get something to wear."
Growling to make sure he responds which he did Isaac grinned.
Time to try these wings.
Isaac didn't use these wings before because he couldn't glide yet. Flapping his wings did lift him but that was it.
"Come on" Isaac growled, tail stretching in invitation "We can't waste time."
The man clearly was frightened, fearing this as a trap despite his kindness. Isaac growled in irritation. Hands wrapping around the paladin's waist Isaac flapped his wings hard, the wingspan growing to accommodate the extra weight. It all came by instinct and a sense of familiarity. In a burst of cold air they soar to the ceiling, stone outcrops quickly passing by.
But not before he could reach the lip of the slope a large gust of wind hits Isaac in the face. It was a tempest. Flailing in the turbulence Isaac couldn't do anything but one thing.
Fall.
"Aah!" The paladin screamed as he spun out of control with Isaac. The powerful winds continued sending both men deeper into the slope as they pass through a gaping hole, falling into the darkness.
