"Hey Tad, are you okay?" Amy asked as the couple sat on a bench in the park, enjoying the peace that was around them. "You haven't said much since you went back home to change clothes. Did something happen?"
"I really don't know what to say about it Amy," Tad said. "What happened was just....weird..." Tad thought back to when his mom had revealed that she'd transformed someone last night while he was out. And judging by the scent coming from both of them, that meant that Jen Decker most likely had sex with the other woman, Claire. While Tad knew that werecats were bi, if not lesbian, something about what he'd been told seemed a little...off to him."
"Tad? You okay?" Amy asked, snapping him out of his thoughts.
"What? Oh yeah! I'm fine!" he said. "Just thinking about something, that's all."
Amy looked a little concerned. "Would you like to tell me about it?"
Tad shrugged his shoulders as he began speaking. "You know how werecats are bi or gay/lesbian, right?" Tad asked.
"Of course," Amy said, nodding her head. "That's common knowledge."
"Well...when I got home this morning, there was another woman in our house. My mom said her name was Claire, and that my mom transformed her last night. At first I thought 'Hey, maybe my mom just scratched her gently or something'. But when I smelt them both, I could tell that they both had sex last night. After we'd eaten breakfast, I'd gone into the kitchen to wash dishes, and I overheard Claire say to my mom that she'd love to see her again."
"So what's the problem with that?" Amy asked. "Are you against your mom doing that kind of stuff?"
"No! Not at all!" Tad said quickly. He then realized how loud he'd spoken, as a few people had stopped and looked over towards them before resuming their activities.
"It's just that...it's kinda weird," Tad said. "I mean, I'm not sure how I feel about all this."
Amy smiled and wrapped her arm around Tad's shoulder. "You're happy with me, right?" she asked.
"What?"
"I asked if you were happy with me."
"Yes...why?"
Amy smiled. "If you're so happy with me, don't you think your mom deserves to experience that happiness again too?"
Tad smiled and kissed Amy's cheek. "I guess you're right," he said. "She does deserve to be happy."
