"Do you think that we will gain new heads if we saw our own names?" Dustin asked, being careful not to say Ty or Ky's names.
"There's only one way to find out, Dustin," Ty said.
This in fact was the way Ty wanted to find out. Ty's head split fluidly, and a new head named Si (short for Simon) formed to the left of Ty's head, balancing perfectly with Ky on their right-hand side.
After greeting their newest brother, the five bros walked back downstairs to see their parents. Mark was in the living room reading the paper.
"Hello boys," he said.
It struck the boys that they may have to try harder to get Mark to say one of their names.
"By the way, Ty," Mark said as his head divided just like Si's did from Ty's,"we got you that three-headed shirt you guys have been wanting."
"Did you boys have a good morning?" asked the new head, whose name was Clark.
"We sure did," Dustin smiled at Ty.
"Great, 'cause it's time for lunch," Mark said.
The two-headed dad(s) got up from their chair and walked to the dining room. The twins and triplets followed. Inside was June setting up lunch. She greeted Dustin, and the sister she got was named May. Now it was time to eat, and everyone in the family now had at least two heads! This was going to be interesting...
