"That was a great lunch, Mom," Justin said.
"I'm glad you liked it, Justin," June replied, her head splitting again as she said his name.
The five teens now had three mothers--June, May, and April were three heads on one wide body. This left the dads Mark and Clark, as well as Dustin and Justin, as the only members of the family that were bodies with two heads each. After leaving the room, the five teens shut themselves upstairs in their dads' study to talk about this.
"So, how are you enjoying life in a conjoined family, bro?" Ty asked Dustin.
"It's fun," he answered, "but the two of us are still only two heads."
"You do remember that you can give yourselves another head by saying one of our names, right?" Ky asked.
"We do," Justin answered. "But we just don't want things to get too crazy."
"What do you mean?" Si asked.
"If someone keeps saying even one of our names," Dustin explained, "then eventually their head count will get too high and their body too wide."
"I see," Ty said as this occurred to him. "How about this? We'll just give you two and our dads three heads for now, and then I can use my power to keep us from getting more heads for a while."
"That's sounds good, Ty," Justin said as his head divided into two, "but I think that Dustin and I would like to get up to at least a quad in our body at some point."
"So do we, bro" Ky replied, careful to avoid saying Justin's name and getting a new head prematurely.
After using his powers to keep himself and his five brothers from going through the "condition" for now, Ty and his brothers took a good look at each other's bodies. On one body, from their left-hand to their right, were the heads of Ty, Si, and Ky. On the other in the same order were the heads of Dustin, the newly-formed Austin, and Justin.
Suddenly, the door to the room opened. It was their dads!
"What are you doing in here, boys?" Clark asked. He did not notice that Dustin and Justin's body now had three heads.
"We just wanted to talk about something in private, dads," Si said.
"Well, you can do that downstairs, Si," Mark said as his head split into two. "The three of us have some work to do in here."
With that, the six bros left their dads--Mark, newbie Mike, and Clark--and walked out of the study. Ty silently made a wish while Mark wasn't looking, one that made it so that the dads and moms would be temporarily immune to the effects of the earlier wish as well.
