For the rest of the day you and your mother clone watch soap operas, the shopping channel, and cook dinner. When you go to bed for the night you step into your room. “Oh, this just won’t do. How could anyone live in such a pig stigh!” you say not realizing that the room is yours and it always had been that way. Doing as your mother would, you begin cleaning it. After it is tidied up, you go to bed.
The next morning you wake up and still realize that you have your mothers feet and hair. You notice that your room is much neater (and feel very proud of this) and walk into the living room to see your mothers clone cooking breakfast. “Morning sweety, your mother called and she will be here shortly.” As she says this you can’t help but start cleaning the kitchen as you put on an apron. Suddenly, the front door opens—it is your original mother. “Oh, Jeff, I see you and James—or shall I say ME have gotten along quite well!” She walks around the house “even your room is clean!” As she says this she walks back over to her clone. “You’ve done enough, I think Jeff learned his lesson for now.” She says as she pats her clone making breakfast on the back. Suddenly, your mothers clone says “No, I like being me-!” And quickly morphs back into James. “Oh jeez, thank goodness I’m back! The last thing I remembered was us playing xbox...” Jeff says as he looks at you and your mother in awe. James, confused and quite disturbed by the situation says “I—gotta go.” He says as he leaves running. Scared and somewhat frustrated at your mother you say “What the hell was that about! You turned my best friend into you and I was nearly on the way!” Suddenly, you feel yourself shrink a couple inches to your mothers height, and, briefly you begin to morph into your mother as she says “Don’t ever treat me with disrespect again or I’ll turn you into me and it WILL be permanent.” You gulp as you realize what is physically happening to you and you quickly revert back to your old self.
