Not willing to be turned again and loose even more his humanity, Nathan desperately hopped in direction of the door, trying to reach the door handle without even giving attention to Bobby.
The latter simply reached out to him and put him on the table, preventing any escape attempt. Bobby pointed the device at him, and pressed it. But the rabbit wasn't willing on letting himself be transformed again !
Nathan dodged the beam at the last moment. He jumped, dashed, and jumped again each time and over, avoiding and dodging attempts at being changed, or whatever Bobby tried to do.
But soon, exhaustion got the best of him, and he found himself trapped between a corner.
Bobby was amazed at how of a singular pet he was. But nonetheless, it was time that he became a guinea pig. For science...
The rabbit watched as Bobby pressed the button of the Chronivac, hitting him square into his body.
As he was frowning, his body grew slightly larger and furrier, but kept the same white color as when he was a Christmas mouse.
He looked at his paws, who gained more visible and sharper claws, as his front legs bended and elongated.
While his hind paws diminished greatly in length, his hind legs grew longer to compensate. He immediately found himself leaning upwards, as opposed to be in a sitting stance.
But the most intense changes that Nathan felt came from his rear and face : his tailbone shot out and expanded like hell, his flopping ears shrank to a smaller conception, and he saw his face pushing out in a more feline fashion. Whiskers shot out of it, his buck teeth divided into carnivorous fangs, and he felt some prickling in his eyes and jaws.
He had finally became a common housecat.
