Nathan took his time to get a good view at his new body.
He still had a white-furred body, as to remind him of his former transformation into a rodent. But he now arbored a decently more feline figure.
A sleek, well-crafted body, with dense fur, typical of Angora cats.
His paws were much longer and smoother, save for his sharper claws, more prominent that when he briefly became a rabbit.
Taking a glance at his hips, he noticed his hind legs, not as powerfull as when being the former, or even bach then as a mouse, but still well-shaped and built for endurance.
And to his greatest relief at least, his manhood was still left untamed, in his prime virgin glory (but surely, one day, he ought to fix this, should he went back to his former human state).
Trying to get a look at his plumpy rear, he caught sight of a fine flourishing tail, swinging back and forth at will.
Passing a paw onto his animalistic head, he felt his very short ears, now accustoming to a handful of new tones and sounds. The very same thing happened was occuring to his muzzle and nose, with countless new scents assaulting him.
The only thing that he could not properly see was his eyes, that had become slitted and filled themselves to a rich Deep Blue. Otherwise, even thought he was far from having a human body, the series of transformations had turned out to gradually give him more and more satisfying bodies, except for the rabbit form which had only lasted a couple minutes, and in which he had spent most of his time exhausting himself to no avail.
Sitting on his bed during all this time, Bobby had thoroughfully considered the whole situation. He suspected his pet to be more than meets the eye upon seeing him amirating itself, but he had no idea if it was sincerely real, or just speculation based on coincidental reactions from the cat.
After all, he had no idea how would a common animal would react upon being modified with a device such as the Chronivac. Yet, when he though about it, he recalled when his mouse pet was eager to try to escape, even when being a rabbit, and when he strangely went once to the device, before being halted by his father.
And now the cat was staring at him with a peculiar look on his face, one of anticipation mastermind scheming.
Bobby shook his head in disbelief with a smile. He was being delusional, trying to convince himself of the awareness of an animal, let alone a pet.
And yet, just as to dissipate his thoughts, he wondered if the device could provide him informations about his pet, as a safety measure that could not hurt to be checked.
On the other side, Nathan carefully looked at Bobby and his surroundings, seeking an escape cue. He hadn't lost hope of bringing himself to humanity again and retrieve what rightfully belonged to him, but if he wasn't careful, the situation could easily worsen to unimaginable possibilities.
And so, the two stared at each other in awe and curiosity, as if they were waited for one of them to make the move.
