"So what now?" asked Kyle, nearly giddy with delight.
"What are you so happy about? Anyways, I'm hungry. Let's get some food. You're supposed to cook, remember?"
Kyle remembered. Their mom was out on a business trip, while their dad had gone out on a fishing trip. The teenagers had the house to themselves for the weekend, which was perfect for Kyle's hypnotic experiments.
"Meh. I didn't have anything planned for tonight. How about we just eat cereal?" Kyle suggested.
"Nah, I was hoping for some..." her stomach growled, interrupting her thoughts. "Well, I guess cereal is fast."
Ally went to the kitchen, grabbed a bowl, and poured some cereal into it. As she was pouring the milk, Kyle realized a good way to use the trigger.
"Hey Ally, be a Good Girl and eat all your food."
Ally paused, subconsciously remembering the trigger. For a brief second, she could picture a dog eating kibble off the floor, but the image quickly vanished from her mind. She blinked, and looked down at her cereal.
The cereal seemed different somehow. She sniffed the bowl curiously, trying to figure out what had changed. It still smelled the same, although the sugary-scent seemed somehow less appealing to her. She would have killed for a steak right about now. Still, Ally was a Good Girl, and she would eat all her food.
Without even thinking about it, Ally plunged face-first into the bowl. She happily chowed down on the cereal, taking large bites at a time. Milk and pieces of cereal splashed on the table, although Ally didn't seem to notice. She wolfed through the bowl in a matter of minutes, quickly eating all of the pieces. As she ate, Ally didn't notice that her teeth had gotten slightly sharper. It wasn't very noticeable, but it made mashing the food easier.
Pausing for breath, Ally looked down at the bowl once more. She saw a fair amount of milk left in the bottom, and so she plunged in once more. She started lapping up the milk with her tongue, feeling it drain down her throat. She didn't realize that her tongue was getting slightly longer and flatter, which made the task much easier.
After licking the bowl dry, Ally looked up at her brother. Milk was splashed all over her face, her mouth was hanging open, and she was lightly panting. Physically, she hadn't changed that much. Her tongue was larger, but not outside the realm of human possibility. Likewise, her slightly pointed teeth wouldn't ring any alarm bells. In addition, her body hair had grown a bit thicker, but that was covered by her clothing. In short, unless you had seen her actions, most people wouldn't realize that Ally had started to transform. Even with seeing her meal, the physical changes were subtle enough to avoid detection, unless you were paying close attention.
