Cassie sucked the pacifier slowly. Weirdly it calmed her down. She still hated how she looked and if she knew how she would take all these clothes of and attempt to fix her hair.
Rachel came over to Cassie and with a smile said "doesn't that look better littlin', you look your age now". "No I don't!" Cassie said spitting out the pacifier as she did so (luckily it was hanging round her neck on a string). "Looks like your mother forgot to teach manners" Rachel replied, her smile getting bigger "I did just pay for a haircut for you".
She grabbed Cassie's hand and led her out of the shop and said "transform or dare?" Cassie was in shock, she looked completely different than how she liked to look and as a result didn't answer in time. "Both then" smiled Rachel "your transformation is that you lose all bladder control, your dare is to talk with a pronounced lisp".
Cassie stared shocked, this was her best friend, yes she had always been a bit envious of her looks but not enough to do this. She started to wonder if it was Rachel that had taken away her ability to dress herself. Suddenly a warm feeling spread in her thighs, "no ivth wet myselth!" She said a bit too loudly (and with a slight recoil at her lisp).
"Well we're almost there" Rachel said smugly. As soon as they entered Rachel grabbed Cassie's hand and led her to the counter. "Excuse me" Rachel said loud enough to not be shouting but enough that everyone could hear, "Cassie's had an accident, is there a room where I can change her". The cashier pointed and Cassie was dragged there all the while covering her face in shame.
Rachel pulled out a pull up, talc and a denim overall skirt with a flower on the front (the chest of which looked very tight). She quickly forced Cassie on the floor "this'll be over quickly" she said menacingly. She took of the overalls and panties and put them in a plastic bag, she grabbed some toilet roll and started cleaning Cassie's vagina. After she finished she applied a generous amount of talc and put the pull up, finally she put on the denim dress giving it a firm tug down.
Cassie looked down and was shocked, she was completely flat chested! She was incredibly embarrassed as she left because basically the entire restaurant looked at her, a old lady stopped Rachel and said, "my littlins' gmhad the same problem" she turned to Cassie and said "don't worry, you'll be in big girl pants soon". "What do you say" Rachel said with a slight force behind her voice. "Thanksth" Cassie said still not used to her lisp. The old lady smiled and patted Cassie on the head and turned back to her food.
