The ship landed next on a vast, humid planet. Outside, there were swamps, jungles, and thick clouds.
"What planet is this?" Peter asked.
"It's Venus." Ty answered.
"VENUS?!" Allen exclaimed.
"What's wrong?" Steven asked.
"Venus is the hottest planet in the solar system!" Allen explained. "It's clouds are made of sulfuric acid, it's atmospheric pressure is extremely high, its air is full of carbon dioxide, and there are more volcanoes here than--"
"Allen, calm down," Ty interrupted. "Remember, my powers changed our solar system. Now, Venus is similar to Earth. Without its thick clouds and heavy atmosphere, the greatest difference between Venus and Earth is that this planet is about 25 degrees warmer."
As Ty said this, a group of aliens approached. They were friendly, like those on Mercury, but here it was easier to tell males from females. What's more, they were green, covered with scales, had webbed feet and hands, and walked on two legs. They looked like anthropomorphic reptiles.
"Greetings," said one of the males. "You are welcome to our world."
"Thank you," the teens replied.
As with Mercury's aliens, the Venusians offered the teens a tour of their home. This time, Damion remained, and the others agreed to come back later.
